What is the purpose of my consultation?

The online consultation with Enrica, open to both male and female clients, is designed to address your image-related concerns. You can inquire about creating different color combinations, receive suggestions for special occasions (such as weddings, thesis defense, or important outings), refresh your style ideas, or seek clarification on topics like color harmony or body shape.

It does not include Color Analysis and Body Shape consultations, which are conducted in-person at my studio.

After the purchase, you will receive an email to schedule the date and time of the online consultation, conducted via Google Meet, Zoom, or Skype.

IMPORTANT NOTE
If there are any health issues within 24 hours before the consultation, whether on your part or Enrica’s, upon communication via email, we will reschedule based on mutual availability without applying additional costs or penalties.

If you cancel the appointment without a valid reason with less than 72 hours’ notice, there will be no refund. Any changes to the date and time of the appointment are accepted only if requested via email within 5 days of the appointment date
